Our company was established by our father İdris KUŞOĞLU in 1979 in Bursa. Our activities in the sector continued under the name of “Sato Kundura” until 1997. Since 1997, our commercial activities “Sato Shoes and Deri Ind. Tic. Ltd. Sti.” We continue with the title.
Our company, which has been growing continuously with the investments it has made since its establishment, produces on 17000 m² and 8400 m² closed area. Our company, which specializes in women’s shoes, has a daily production capacity of 7000 pairs.
Our company, which started its “Institutionalization” studies in 2010, is restructuring its technical and managerial processes. Our company is aware that institutionalization is important for sustainable success.
In this framework, innovations in the sector are followed as required by the competitive conditions, and innovations are quickly adapted to the institution. In order to exist not only in the national market but also in the international market, the technology in the sector is closely followed and the product variety is tried to be increased.
Our company integrates craftsmanship and modern production technologies under the same roof in the context of traditional shoe production. Our main starting point is to realize the transformation by preserving the traditional values of shoe manufacturing.
